Fundraisers
.We would like to have two fundraisers for the summer trips. Please consider parents which one or both you can help with. These happen if we have the parents to help run them with the kids.
Bake Sale – We need a team of three or four parents to coordinate this fundraiser. It take some time on the Saturday before to receive donations and to price the baked goods. Then the Sunday morning to display and work with the kids who will be working the sale tables. Possible Sundays are April 28, May 5 or 19th. Let David know ASAP so the date can get set.
The annual Junktique fundraiser is scheduled for May 30 [setup] and sale days May31st & June 1st. We need parents a minimum of two parents to be the coordinator for each day. The set up goes from 2 -9 pm on the Thursday. Sale days it is 7:30 – 1:30 with the sale times 8 to 1pm. On the Saturday the cleanup begins at 1:00 pm and should be done by 3:00 pm. If you would like to be a team leader for one of the days, please let David know by March 27th. Sign up by e-mailing David at david@trinitylutheranchurch.com .
